The Milton XC Captains will be hosting summer runs starting on Saturday, May 27th, 2023. This is a great opportunity for you to run with some teammates and get to know the courses we use throughout the area. The Summer run schedule will be communicated via email so be sure to join our mailing list.
While training during the summer, be sure to log your miles on the Running Log.
