Summer Running Log
Each runner should maintain a Summer Running Log during the summer. Your log should include the date and the miles you run on that day. The log should start with the day after school is out (Saturday, May 23) and end the day before school starts (Sunday, August 9). At the end of the summer, total your miles for the summer. There are two options for Running Logs that you can download on the left. The first version is a printable version if you would would like to maintain a printed copy of your Running Log. The second option is an Excel file if you would like to maintain your Running Log in Excel so that it will total your miles for you. You may use either version for your Running Log.
Each runner will receive lettering points for miles that are run during the summer according to the Lettering Point System. Once you have totaled your summer miles, you will earn 1 lettering point for each 10 miles you run with a maximum of 50 points.
Summer Running Logs are due to Coach Boehm on Friday, August 14 in order to receive credit for letting points.
