Race Schedule:
8:00 JV Girls Race
8:45 JV Boys Race
9:30 Varsity Girls Race
10:15 Varsity Boys Race
Location:
Boling Park – Canton, Georgia
Directions to Boling Park (directly behind Cherokee High School): Turn right out of Milton toward Birmingham Highway. Turn left onto Birmingham Highway. Turn right at the light at Crabapple Corners. Turn right on Green Road (near silos). Take to end. Turn right onto 140 and take into Canton. Follow the signs to 20 West. You'll loop onto 20/575 from 140, then stay in right lane to go to 20 West. When you reach the traffic light (across from K-mart), turn right (20 West goes the opposite direction). Cross the bridge and turn left into Boling Park. The course is all the way to the back of the park.
Course:
5K; 3 loops; Mostly gravel with some dirt and grass. Course is generally flat with a few rolling hills.
Gate Fee:
There will be a $5.00 gate for adult spectators & a $2.00 gate fee for children under the age of 10.
Awards:
Varsity – Medals for the top 20 finishers; trophies for the top 4 teams
JV – Medals for the top 15 finishers; trophies for the top 2 teams
*All other runners will participate in the JV races
Be at Milton by 6:00AM ready to load. Buses will be leaving at 6:15AM. Buses should return by 12:00.
