The Cross Country Registration Packet is due by August 3rd. One of the forms that is included in this packet is the 3 page Physical Form which is required by Fulton County before any athlete can participate in a sport in high school. A portion of this form must be filled out by a doctor based on a physical exam. As a service for Milton, the Milton Athletic Trainer, Robin, is coordinating a doctor to come to Milton to conduct sports physical exams for those athletes participating in fall sports at Milton. These exams will be conducted during the week of July 27th. There will be a small charge for these exams (about $20). Bridget Harman will be coordinating these exams with Robin for Cross Country runners who may be interested in this service. If you are interested in a sports physical exam at Milton, please email Bridget Harman by July 10th so she can reserve time slots for our runners. Make sure to take the Registration Packet with you to your exam so the doctor can fill out the Physical Form.
